Kerstin Forsberg Information Architect and Informatics Analyst qualified by 25+ years of experience in information management and informatics solutions, standards and strategies in the pharmaceutical, news and automotive sectors. She did her industrial PhD studies in Informatics mid-life. In 2010 she started to blog and tweet, as @kerfors, for professional awareness and interaction. And now, in 2014, she take MOOCs to get a better understanding of things like clinical trial design, R programming and machine learning from world leading teachers at Harvard, Karolinska Institutet and Stanford via edX and Coursera.
By going beyond just capturing questions and analyzing problems as they are expressed today she often find herself "in the business of discovering things that users don't already know that they will want" (quote by Tom O'Reilly).
